This much anticipated final chapter in The Maze Runner trilogy is filled with action, and edge of your seat suspense that will leave you wondering who can really be trusted right up to the last page. He knows they've used those closest to him as weapons of betrayal in attempts to collect data for their 'cure' blueprint but now they say he and the other Gladers need to trust them one last time. 'The time for lies is over.' The problem? Whose telling the truth and whose telling more lies? Thomas knows WICKED has lied to him before, when they sent him into the Maze and again when they dropped him into the Scorch. Not as good as the first, but it was a nice ending. (maybe it’s because he was played by Littlefinger in the movie and I’ve got a soft spot for him). I’m honestly pretending the second book never existed). So there’s a lot of Thomas and he doesn’t take quite as many naps in this one as he does the others.

(The movie was 200 times better, definitely recommend).Īnd I put off reading this one for as long as possible.ġ). It took me at least 6 months to read it because it was so. It was new and exciting and Minho was BOSS. Done.īut, alas, that was not the fate for our Maze boys.and that one irritating girl. Things could have been hashed out in the first book, all questions answered fairly quickly. Where it didn't really need to be a series. This is one of those series where you just want it to end.
